Sari-saring Talk: Sari-saring Talk is a blog site by Vicki Jardiolin Villa to talk about “Paying it Forward”, the RH Bill, Iloilo, small & medium scale entrepreneurs and sari-saring istorya. Vicki coordinates a course at the UP College of Business Administration , officially called Community Welfare Training System (CWATS), a course in volunteerism. What the UP students have done all these semesters to “Pay it Forward” (subtitle of the course), would do their parents, UP alumni and others proud. This blog shares heartwarming stories of their projects and their involvement. Thornier issues to be discussed from time to time, of course.
